Lottie’s approach to textured hair
Lottie is a highly experienced hairdresser with a real passion for caring for her clients’ textured hair. Many people come to her after struggling to find a hairdresser who truly understands their hair type.
She takes the time to talk about what their hair needs, how it behaves, and how they can get the best from it at home. Because of this, her clients leave with hair that looks beautiful and feels easier to manage. The way she helps people understand and care for their hair is something really special to see.
Seeing Lottie shine
Since joining us at Rebel Rebel as an independent hairdresser, we’ve watched her pour so much into her work and her business. She’s always learning and exploring new ideas, and she puts love and care into everything she does.
This is the second award Lottie has won this year, and it’s been lovely to watch her step into her own and recognise how talented she is. Before joining us, she might not have entered awards like this, but she’s embraced every opportunity since. Seeing her have the confidence to go for it and win has made everyone here so proud.
Her dedication and the care she gives her clients make this recognition even more meaningful.
A brilliant night with our industry friends
The awards night was such a great evening. We came together to celebrate with so many talented stylists from across the UK. It was also wonderful to catch up with our friends in the industry and share in such a positive night.
Congratulations to all the other hairdressers who took home awards this year. It’s inspiring to see so much creativity and dedication in our industry.

Moments like this remind us why we created Rebel Rebel Hair Studio. We wanted to give independent hairdressers a space where they can grow, feel supported and keep doing what they love. When people feel encouraged and valued, they achieve incredible things.
